The client, earned great fame in the textile industry and is recognized as one of the leading textile industry in India. The organization has an area of over 50,000 square meters and employs a dedicated 700-member workforce, who blend traditional skills practiced for generations through handlooms, to new age state-of-the-art shuttles looms with electronic jumbo jacquards; hand screen printing to automatic printing, and one of its kind, finishing machines in the industry. It is also home to a fully equipped in-house design studio.

Client Needs

It can be especially challenging to manage shifts when an organization operates around the clock.  The challenge is to track which employee works in each shift, as there are few employees who work in non-allocated shifts. The process was manual and caused a great deal of confusion – managing all payroll functions was not scalable. Hence, they required a software, which could help ease this problem.

Solution

In order to resolve their issue, we introduced them to multiple shift management options in Zenscale. This allowed them to keep track of employees in-out punches on the basis of their assigned shifts. With the help of Zenscale payroll module, they could bring all of the payroll functions under one umbrella.
